Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸

Always one of the most meaningful workouts of the year. Proud of everyone who showed up, pushed through it together, and took a moment to remember what today is really about.

Being a busy parent doesn’t mean putting your fitness on hold.

In our latest blog, we walk through a real week in the life of a 42-year-old parent balancing work, school drop-offs, sports schedules, and still making it to The Factory 3–4x per week, with yoga sculpt, open gym, and plenty of “life happens” moments built in.

Because the goal isn’t a perfect routine. It’s a realistic one.

If you’ve ever wondered how people with schedules like yours actually make fitness work, this blog is for you.

Read the full “week in the life” here:

Save this for the days you feel like you “don’t have time.” The people making progress usually aren’t less busy, they’ve just learned how to work with their season of life instead of against it.

This year’s MURPH workout will take place Monday, May 25th here at the gym.
We’ll have two organized heats:
• 8:00–9:00 AM
• 9:00–10:00 AM

🇺🇸 For those unfamiliar, the workout is:
• 1 mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 air squats
• 1 mile run

The schedule is live in The Factory app, so get signed up ASAP so we can plan accordingly for each heat.

As always, this workout is highly scalable, and we’ll be sharing modification options in upcoming posts so everyone can participate.

Most importantly, plan to stick around after your workout for a cookout and spend time with some of the best people in this community. Friends and family are welcome to come cheer people on or join in on the fun.

We’re looking forward to another great year together. 💪

We’re taking a short break from recording the podcast, but only because we’re gearing up for an exciting next chapter.

So far, we’ve shared a lot from our own perspective, but the truth is… we believe we can learn the most from each other. And wow, do we have an incredible group of people in this community.

As we get back onto a regular recording schedule, we want to start highlighting the stories, experiences, lessons, wins, struggles, and journeys of our members.
A few of you have already expressed interest in joining us for an episode, and we’ll be reaching out soon! If you’d be willing to share your experience: what’s worked, what hasn’t, the good, the bad, and the ugly, we’d love to hear from you.
Send us a DM or mention it to one of the coaches during class.

We’re really looking forward to this next chapter of the podcast and the opportunity to spotlight the amazing people who make this community what it is. ❤️

To the moms in our community thank you.

For showing up even when you’re tired. For making time for yourself while giving so much to everyone else. For setting the example that strength isn’t just physical, it’s consistency, resilience, and care.

We’re grateful to have so many strong women and moms as part of our Factory family. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at The Factory 💙
