Club Yoga is committed to providing a high quality, enthusiastic experience to help you on your fitness journey. We are currently offering Yoga Sculpt and Yin Yoga classes with Kara at our great space in downtown Bloomington.
BIKRAM CLASSIC 26²
This therapeutic yoga class is designed to work the spine, organs, glands, muscles, tendons, and ligaments of your body. This class benefits all five systems of your body: respiratory, cardiovascular, central nervous, digestive, and musculoskeletal. The perfect class for all levels, beginner to advanced. After just a few classes, you will feel amazing, and many aches and pains will disappear.
YIN YOGA
Do you prefer a gentler, kinder workout? YIN YOGA is a restorative class set to soothing music in a relaxed environment. The long stretches, held for two – five minutes, help reduce stress and expand connective tissue while restoring your body’s physical and mental health. Regular YIN practice allows your connective tissue fibers to grow and realign, providing a greater range of motion and joint flexibility in your body.

YOGA SCULPT
Ready to torch calories? YOGA SCULPT uniquely combines the discipline of yoga with the power of strength training to create a full-body, sweat-dripping workout. We'll combine hand weights, cardio and yoga in this upbeat class, with high energy music that will get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.
