Summer shutdown approaches!

BLOOMINGTON ICE CENTER SETS DATES FOR ANNUAL SHUTDOWN FOR CLEANING

The Bloomington Ice Center will be removing the ice from the building from Monday, June 22nd through Saturday, August 1 so the facility can prepare for annual cleaning and facility upgrades.

"Along with our annual cleaning and maintenance, we will be upgrading our sound system and LED party lighting. This will allow us to offer some family cosmic open skating to enhance the experience for our community.” said Bloomington Ice Center Manager Michael Hernbrott. “Also, new flooring will be installed to replace the worn-out original flooring in our bleacher area.”

Our weekend in Chicago was a huge success, in large part due to all of the hard work put in by PFA team captain Jeremy Eason!

Managing fundraising, tracking down waivers, keeping up with roster changes and making game day decisions is not easy: and on top of that he designed our jerseys!!

Congratulations on a successful weekend, we got to raise money and play hockey for an awesome cause!
