Happy Father's day to one of the best dad's I know. ME!...My kids want for nothing and have done twice as much as I did as A kid. Even though sometimes it seem like that they might not appreciate it at the moment (Brats lol). I know we are making great memories that they will be thrilled to share when im old and grey. I go hard for mine 365! And if anyone tell you different they lying straight up. SALUTE to all the great Father's out there that are in there child's lives by choice! This our day 💪🏾

Picture on the left is from 2009(don't mind my landscaping pose 🤣). I've come so far in my fitness journey. I might have been 180 in that left picture(230 on the right). If someone would've told me then that I would have the mental focus and desire to diet and consistently push myself back then. I probably wouldve laughed it off, but to actually see the changes I've made with my body helps me to stay focused and keep pushing. Don't let anyone tell you it was easy. What you should ask them is was it worth it? I guarantee they tell you absolutely!

Finally CERTIFIED! Took alot grinding late nights and early mornings but I'm Proud to say I'm A certified fitness trainer!
