This is 5 weeks post surgery. Every day is a reminder that what the mind believes, the body can achieve, if you’re willing to put in the work.
If here is still long way to go, and yet I am happy with my progress.

10 days post-op from ACL + meniscus surgery… and I just laced up my sneakers by myself for the first time.
Small win? Maybe. But to me, it’s a huge step, literally.
Heading to the gym (just to move a little, breathe a lot, and feel like me again).
Recovery isn’t linear, and it’s definitely not easy
but moments like this remind me why it’s worth it.
If you’re in the middle of a comeback too, I see you. Let’s keep showing up.

6 months of hard work and dedication + twisted ankle and crying babies this beautiful woman lost 30LB ‼️‼️‼️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🙌🙌
I remember at the beginning stages how she’d complain about not seeing any change to her body, and the scale is not moving, that she can’t lift or run. I listened, continued to smile and reassure her that she is on the right path, keep up the work and sooner than later her body will catch up (Little by little it all adds up).
And sure enough it did!!!!
Not only she lost incredible 30LB but her stamina and strength improved tremendously, and let’s not forget about confidence and feel good.
Today she dominants the GYM and not ashamed of it 💪🏼
It’s those kind of texts that keeps me going!
There are no words to describe that feeling I get from watching my clients committed to their health and wellness. watching them win, celebrating their big and small milestone.
With tears in my eyes all I can say is that I am blessed and grateful. 🥹🙏🏼

When you feel like giving up, that’s when you have to keep on pushing. Growth will be on the other side.
We never know what is waiting for us around the corner that’s why we can’t quit we must simply keep going.
I am sure you can think of at least once in your life when you were about to end something but kept going anyways as hard as it was, only to look back and understand that if you had stopped right then, you would have not achieved what you have today.
keep on going, the treasure is on the other side of the rainbow 🌈 🙏🏼

While it’s very true that you are the only one that is holding the key to your transformation, no one can do the work for you.
But with that said your environment has a lot to do with your success, staying on track and focused on your goal. The people you surround yourself can make you and break you.
Unfortunately we don’t always have people around us who support our vision and that makes our journey harder and sometimes longer until we find the strength from with in.
It’s so important to have good support system that encourage, uplift and hold us accountable in those hard moments when we want to break and give up.
I get the pleasure from uplifting people around me, that’s why I do what I do.
