💪 Do you prefer to workout in the gym or outdoors?

😁 I think both have pros and cons, maybe the best way is to switch them, so you don't get under a boring routine.

❤️ I love my time in the gym, but I also like to train outdoors. Furthermore, I adapt to the situation, for example if I'm on vacation I generally like to train outside and try new things.

🙈 We know that not everything is rosy, and sometimes we don't feel like going to the gym. But our discipline is much greater, and we know that for our health it is necessary to go to the gym.

😁 On those days, for me, the hardest thing is to leave my house, but once I open the door and go to the gym, my energy changes and I feel better about myself.
