If you’re like the average Joe or Jane out there… you typically wait for motivation to fall on your lap
Cut that s**t out
Because when it finally arrives (who knows how long that will take)…
It’s short lived
Motivation leaves and thus sticking to the plan ceases to exist
And where does that leave you? Right back where you were… if not worse
Do you think you’ll be able to transform into the body of your dreams while simultaneously juggling your family, business and social life… just relying on motivation? Think again my friend
It ain’t gunna happen
What will aid this process, however, is…
DISCIPLINE
Discipline will bring you sustainable and guaranteed results time and time again
Feeling tired? Lazy? Unmotivated?
Cool. Doesn’t matter. Discipline will have you do it anyway, reap the benefits, avoid feeling like s**t about yourself and allow you to make consistent progress through time
Who doesn’t want that?
Ever meet someone who is constantly “go, go, go”, crushes life, looks amazing and oozes confidence?
Yea… that person has lots of discipline
They simply show up and don’t let their feelings get in the way of the data
DATA > EMOTIONS all day every day
If this is something you struggle with, don’t worry
You’re not alone. Most people don’t have the willpower to apply this principle
The good thing is, I’m here to help
In the Executive Fitness Accelerator this is exactly what I help my clients do
I give them the tools and guidance they need to change themselves inside and out… so that in a few months time you will be on autopilot just like my other success stories
I’ll give you the plan and hold you accountable
That’s how I most my clients into the savages they are
Are you ready to turn the Beastmode on? Reach out… let’s get to work

Where do you think you’ll be?
Think ahead 90…180 days… where will you be?
It seems like such a short amount of time
But what I’ve been able to develop is a system that actually WORKS to get execs and high performers like you into the best shape of their life… in 3-6 months
Hundreds of clients and so many success stories. It really is amazing to be able to help people improve themselves in every aspect for a living. I am a lucky dude
Now, everyone is different
But I can think of dozens of clients who have lost 30, 40, 50lb in that time frame - all while getting stronger, improving their movement quality, minimizing pain, increasing energy and improving performance in their career
I hate to toot my own horn, but not every online coach can ACTUALLY boast about results like this
And I’m no rocket scientist. I’m just a regular dude who happens to be obsessed with health and fitness and who is hyper focused on getting clients the best results possible
I do this because of my attention to detail, my level of support and structure, the accountability I provide, and the science backed techniques and protocols I use with my clients on a daily basis, and the education I impart into them
It’s what you need to succeed, and I’m here to give you the tools required
As a busy professional you have no time to waste. You currently have massive time constraints but also have some s**tty habits you need to kick. And you need to kick them yesterday
I’m here to be on your ass and I do it because I need you to succeed
I make sure you tick the boxes required in order to see the results you want and become infatuated with the process just as I am
So where will you be in 6 months time? Stuck in the same place you have been for years? Or will you have leveled up more than you could have ever imagined?
Leveling up takes action, and the first action is reaching out
Shoot me a message right when you get to the end of this rant and we’ll hop on a call, diagnose exactly where you’ve been going wrong, develop a bulletproof plan for you specifically, and we’ll hit the ground running
What are you waiting for?

As a CEO, you might be wondering when is OPTIMAL to fit in your workout.
This is a question I’ve gotten countless time, and depending on who you ask, you might get a bunch of different answers.
And in the age of information that we’re in… a quick google search will probably leave you with more answers than you can sift through.
Pros and cons of technology and information.
Luckily for you - you have an expert coach at your disposal 😎
My answer, as with most health, fitness and performance concepts, is that “it depends”.
It depends on several different factors that you’ll need to identify, and then you can make the best decision for yourself going forward.
I just took on a CEO client last week, and on our on-boarding call we got into the weeds with her schedule and fine tuned exactly how we would best be able to attack her goals and allow fitness and health to mold into her schedule.
You don’t want to attempt shoving a circle peg through a square hole.
In her case, mornings will be OPTIMAL. She’s going to get it out of the way early, have great energy through the day, and start the day by focusing on herself so that the rest of the day she can focus on her business and her family.
These days, my OPTIMAL workout timing has skewed toward the tail end of the day. Morning and afternoon is for clients, building the business, and taking care of errands.
Once that’s all done, I can go all out in the gym, and relax with some good food after and wind down.
There’s no one set OPTIMAL way here, just as with most things in the health, fitness and performance space. We just need to ask the right questions, get the right answers, then make decisions based on the objective data we have collected.
When do you workout? What’s OPTIMAL to you?

The “best” time doesn’t exist… we’re always going to have hurdles to hop and hoops to jump through…
And we all know this.
So why do so many of “us” use that as an excuse?
It is because it’s easier to use a bulls**t excuse like this?
That’s the only thing I can think of.
Because no one really believes that they’re waiting for a better time to start being healthy, do they?
Birthdays, holidays, busy season at work, health issues, family drama, crazy schedule…
And?
That’s life.
You can attack it with a solid, sound and cohesive plan…
Or you can remain the same, or even regress, year after year.
It’s up to you.
If you’re sick of using excuses and even more sick of not experiencing life changing results…
Let’s finally sit down and talk.
See if there’s alignment between what you’re looking to accomplish and what I do.
I’m sure it’s better than sitting on your ass night after night.

As an executive, you're used to CONQUERING challenges…
…But one problem remains: Gaining strength without flaring up old injuries or creating new ones
The determination you have to stay fit and strong is commendable, but the struggle has been REAL recently
You push yourself, however it’s like injuries are lurking around the corner no matter what you do
It's frustrating, eh?
You invest time into your fitness, only to find yourself sidelined by nagging injuries. And sitting at your desk or on flights for long hours doesn’t make things any easier as your lower back and shoulder scream at you
It's not just about the physical pain, either
It's the setbacks and the thought of never becoming who you know you CAN be that really weigh on you while you lay in bed at night. And let's not forget the time and money spent on massage therapists, chiro, cryotherapy, or that $800 Theragun that doesn’t seem to help
Let's be clear, though
These setbacks don't NECESSARILY mean you're doing something wrong
It's not a reflection of your dedication or effort. Strength training is a complex journey, and injuries can happen to anyone. Hell, I’ve had my fair share.
But relying on Father Time to heal you or just doing some simple stretches before lifting won’t cut it. These setbacks aren’t a sign of weakness; they’re a sign that you need a tailored solution for your current goals and situation
The key to overcoming this challenge is a comprehensive review of your technique and exercise selection. By meticulously reviewing your application and technique for the specific movements you need to be doing, we can ENSURE your body is creating the Structural Integrity it needs to thrive
We need to rotate the tires, get an oil change and do a tune up of that Ferrari you call a body before we can hit the gas. And having a professional who specializes in working with Executives in your corner to educate you and help you avoid missteps and plateaus will be the game changer you’ve been missing
If you’re ready for change, and want to outsource your health, fitness and performance system to fit your busy lifestyle like a glove, contact me RIGHT NOW!

2023 has been a wild ride for me.
More ups and downs than I could count, if we’re being honest.
Just about a year ago I packed all of my s**t into a U-Haul and drove from San Diego, CA to Delray Beach, FL.
My life was a bit chaotic at that point and some might say it was a bit in shambles 😂
I moved across the country and basically had to start fresh from square one, at a time when I was mentally and physically at a low I hadn’t experience before in my life.
Struggling with mental health, injury prone inside and out, fresh off a 4 month bender in Brazil, and a lot of time to think.
Flash forward to today…
Often times it doesn’t feel like it, but looking back, I’ve made a s**tload if progress and I’ve come a long way.
- Mentally and emotionally stronger than I’ve ever been
- Body been looking crazy with weak points turning into strengths
- Injuries/aches and pains generally at bay
- Personal training schedule maxed out (I still train a small number of people in person, as it’s my true passion and I love diving into technique - and it’s a great way for me to continue sharpening my skills)
- Executive coaching business alive and well
- Live in a safe, beautiful and fitness focused part of the country
Life’s pretty good, I gotta say.
I say all of that to say that a lot can change in a year.
One year ago I was literally a shell of my former self. But I picked myself up, dusted myself off, asked for help from those around me, started to rebuild and eliminate weak links, and look where we are now.
Failing is actually a blessing as long as you learn from it and make sure that s**t don’t happen again. And if it does, keep on learning and keep on applying.
Hey! By the way, remember that 90 day coaching package I’m giving away? That contest ends tonight at midnight. So go back and look at my post from a few days ago. Like it, share/repost it, and comment “I’m in” and we might be working together to help you kick start your best year ever.

Operation fat loss in full effect
Few strategies I used today to expedite my fat loss while optimizing muscle retention:
1. Kept my day’s meals filled with protein, protein, and more protein, fiber and micronutrients
2. All food was cooked with either 0 cal olive oil spray and/or the air fryer
3. Got 10.5k steps in, stood a lot
4. Was ok with being a bit hungry here and there
5. Absolutely destroyed my legs at the gym
All of these bits and pieces, done consistently over time, will bring me to the desired results of creating a dope transformation in a few weeks time.
What are your questions?
Have you tried approaches like this for fat loss/transformation?
What other fat loss techniques have you used in the past that have helped your progress?
