I would say to switch up your endurance routine, and to spend more time on your back. That way in the future, you’re comfortable being there.

Chimaev is a great kicker, a great boxer, and a great wrestler, but we don’t see him on his back very often.

I say go back to the drawing board and learn to be comfortable on your back, be great at jiu-jitsu from my back, and focus on the mindset.”
