This 8-year-old recreational dancer was working on her arabesque for the very first time today! 👏👏👏
In the second video, you’ll see how a simple coup de pied exercise trains the feet to avoid sickling - resulting in an ideal arabesque line with a beautifully winged foot and turned out thigh.
Every preparation matters. Intentional, focused training is key for developing strong, healthy technique, especially in young dancers. 👯

Yesterday was a very special milestone - our first recital at Aria Dance Academy. ✨
I am so incredibly proud of our dancers. You all performed beautifully and with so much joy! Watching you on stage was unforgettable - a very proud moment!
