For all the MOMS, help me out, I'm curious. At what point does Mom (career oriented or full time parent) get to put her needs, desires, and wants first? As an example: "I don't have time to exercise because I need to do "x" for this person or that person", yet Dad has the latest gear, a standing T-time or morning gym routine regardless of the needs of others. Who wants to explain this to me?

Ski season anyone?!?!
Who is thinking ski season when we have so much great sun and warmth left for outdoor activities?
If you're serious about skiing; ripping groomers, floating fatties, or improving your V1 or V2 then now is the time to start your general preparation phase of training to set yourself up for a successful ski specific training block prior to the start of the season. Now is the time to start!
