EEEK! This March, Yoga for Good will be supporting Girls on the Mat!
GOTM came from a profound recognition, professionally as an LCPC and personally, that the wounds of girlhood can persist in the body forever. Our mission is to teach girls their superpowers: their breath, their pain, their joy, and their ideas. Through the ancient technology of yoga asana and philosophy, we help girls develop their unique emotional literacy. This work is trauma prevention.
It feels especially meaningful to invite our longtime (10 years!) Yoga for Good community into this work. You have always understood that yoga and health, including mental health, are not separate. I hope to see you there!
And in the spirit of growth and new beginnings, I also want to invite you to something vulnerable and exciting. This Sunday, March 1st, at 11:00 am, we are holding the very first class at Front Street Yoga. It is free. As we grow, I hope you will grow with us. We will be hosting some Yoga For Good events, so stay tuned! You can find us on Mindbody under Front Street Yoga.
Thank you for being part of a community that understands the ripple effect of knowing the invaluable community within the community.

We’re excited to tell all of our friends about the new .mind.app from our dear friend .zymali! Don’t let the good get lost.
Re•mind is a lightweight journaling app designed to help you notice — and keep — the small positives in everyday life. One reflection a day is all it takes to shift focus, ease anxiety, and retrain your brain to look for the good.
It’s not about likes or sharing, but about building something personal. Subtle achievements reward patience and consistency, and over time your reflections become more than scattered thoughts — they grow into a book of your own good moments.
There’s even a dedicated section for creating a gift for someone you love — capturing all the little things that make them special.
Best used as a nightly ritual, Re•mind keeps it simple: one thought, one memory, just one good thing a day.
Tell me something good today.

It’s free to download, we’ve loved using it, and we think our fellow yogis will too 💕
