⛈🌪🌫Hurricane Ian destroyed this beautiful beach that has been my sanctuary where my Florida yoga journey started. ⁣

❤️This place holds a lot of magic moments and memories with my family, friends and yoga students.❤️⁣

🐬This is the place where we played, saw dolphins, manifested my dreams to teach yoga at the beach, do yoga retreats and connect with amazing people.💕⁣

💔My heart is broken that this disaster happened. The hurricane is done but many people are affected by the losses this caused.😢⁣

As I'm finishing up all the preparations for tomorrow's Thriving Mamas Yoga Retreat, I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness! I'm taking my own advice, one step at a time and lots of deep breaths!
