People of the Planet

In November 2007, a group of local players from small town of Boone, NC made an O30 team to participate in the NC State Cup in Asheville, NC. Their journey was not easy as the town didn't have a league to draw players from and no reasonable field for them to play during the cold season and prepare for the tournament. The team managed to win the State Cup and was qualified to play for a spot in the US cup in CA.

The People of the Planet Tournament is postponed to Sunday April 17 due to the cold and windy weather this weekend.
