Working out was never my favorite thing. I could go outside and play soccer, baseball, basketball or any made up game for hours but when it came to the gym I just went through the motions (for a couple hours a day).
Turns out I just didn’t know what the hell I was doing. Sure I could throw some weight around and make it look right but it wasn’t super effective.
Then came my silly home workouts and programs designed by people that KNOW what they are doing and BOOM results. SHOCKING how that works.
So many things are coming including TODAY with the launch of Beachbody OnDemand Interactive or BODi. Live workouts, cycling studio and more.

Cleaning up what you’re fueling your body with doesn’t have to be hard and doesn’t have to taste like s**t. The right size portions and the right balance of foods can make all the difference. This is what we promote in my groups and what I try and live by at least 80% of the time.
Lots of amazing things are happening starting today in my group. Now might be the time to take control of your balance before the holidays instead of waiting it out. Feel better, look better and be better inside and out.

When I started with Beachbody as a member then a coach we had DVD programs and paper handouts.
With the latest partnership and Launch of the MYX Cycle Studio we’ve now gone from DVD’s to Live Classes, onDemand programming and interactive workout classes with amazing trainers.

It’s not Whiskey but it was delicious. If you haven’t tried Fitsoda and crave soda sometimes then I highly recommend. No sugar or added colors/dyes. Makes a good cocktail mixer too lol

Finishing up week 4 of this program and I’m loving it. The trainer has worked with NBA players and athletes on performance based training and this is his 2nd BB program.
No it’s not crazy hard.

Does your shirt mean something?
When my group made this shirt it just made sense to me. It’s made the complex quest of living a healthy lifestyle seem EASY and ACHIEVABLE.
1) Think: what are your goals, what do you want for yourself, how will I do it!
2) Eat: Food is fuel. Don’t starve yourself fuel yourself. Your food should reflect your goals.
3) MOVE: just move your body more. I’m not saying do CrossFit if you’re a couch potato. Start where you are and MAKE PROGRESS! The important thing is you’re MOVING!!
September is right around the corner and I’m looking for a couple people that are ready to take this simple mindset and add it to your lives.
