Ingenuity and sailing go hand in hand! When you’re off shore and something breaks, you have to be prepared to fix it onboard.

A huge thank you to Bob and Dora who stayed up till the early hours of the morning to get our Fores’l repaired in time for our sail home.

Throw back to Clipper circa 2015 - awesome to see Captain Dylan Salzmann still onboard but now as an owner.

We love hearing stories of old crew and where they are now, some come back to visit and for transits. They have all contributed in some way to maintaining our girl Clipper and for that we’re eternally grateful ❤️

Sailing, kite surfing, snorkeling, fishing, exploring, birding and so much more.

Clipper was made for trips like these and it feels so good to have her out exploring islands again!

Oswego, NY through the St Lawrence Seaway to Salem, MA with 11 crew and 2 dogs. Thank you to everyone who helped end our summer season on such a high point, as always we are so grateful to our crew- you are the heart and soul of everything we do!

One thing we’ll miss about the Great Lakes is how well steel hull does in the fresh water.
