Four months. Tight budget. Supply chain delays. Here is how we pulled it off.

Most buildouts hit supply chain roadblocks leading to schedule overruns. When Tines needed their office expansion done in four short months, we knew standard procurement would not cut it.

Avail assembled the right team to execute the job and spearheaded a creative material reuse strategy. We aligned every stakeholder early, cut out lead-time risks and delivered 35 new workstations, a custom breakroom and full network integration on schedule and under budget.

IANS partnered with Avail Project Management to create an expanded, culture-first office tailored for their growing team and designed around in-person collaboration.

Here is how we delivered behind the scenes:

💸 Conducted early due diligence on power and data infrastructure to eliminate costly change orders

♻️ Introduced smart material reuse to keep financial targets intact

🗓️ Sourced a replacement internet service provider and completed full installation in under three weeks when an eight-week vendor delay threatened turnover

By leading a collaborative team from design through ex*****on, we handed over a vibrant, high-functioning space without schedule or budget overruns.

2026 Summer Outing

Avail PM’s first company summit is officially in the books!

We brought the team together in Miami to align on what makes us who we are. As a company in a pivotal growth stage, this was about more than just meetings and presentations. It was about building stronger relationships, defining what makes a great project manager and investing in the people who make Avail PM what it is today.

One thing became very clear: attitude will always outweigh talent alone.

We also got to enjoy some time in the Miami sun with industry partners, incredible dinners and team experiences that reminded us how special this group really is. At one dinner, our server asked if we were a family. It was honestly the best compliment we could’ve received.

We are incredibly grateful for this hardworking team and proud of what we’re building together.

From a small basement office in Lowell… to hosting our first summit in Miami. We’re just getting started.

To the moon! 🚀
