Hello Race week 💃🏻🌺 🥳

The work is done, time to smile & soak in this truly one of a kind pre race week in paradise 🌺🤙🙏

Waikoloa ➡️Hawi➡️Waikoloa 🫡

Hot 🔥, windy 💨 with bit of ⛵️ practice 😬 just like it should be 🌺

See you on race day Hawi 😎

P.S. Tried to hang onto the 🇳🇴🚂 of 3 but after few minutes at 260+ watts I figured I best save this for race day 🤷🏻‍♀️

10/01/2026

Just updating my annual modeling contract 🌺😂🙋🏻‍♀️

P.S. The ocean is the warmest I have ever felt, the swells were big(ish) but most importantly I saw 🐬🐬🐬🥳🥳🥳

Touchdown 🌺

You already know what the next 10+ days will bring 😜

P.S And yup - it’s hot! 😬 Had to take the sweatshirt off immediately

We have turned the corner 😉 and the week before race week is here 😂🌺😎 Is that a thing? 🙊 it’s is now 😬

The BIG work is pretty much done, and it’s time to start packing (my least favorite) for paradise 🌺

1.5 more sleeps till ✈️🤗💃🏻

09/27/2026

Only 3 more sleeps before I take my modeling skills 😉 to “Dig Me” beach 🌊🌺🐢🐬🐠🤩

See you on Wednesday Kona 🙏

P.S. If my dancing skills were better than my modeling skills , I would even attempt the 💃🏻 that goes with this song but if you know me, you know me 😂

Time trial Tuesday Kona 2025 🌺 edition! I love a good 📸 from the one and only Queen K 😎 Thank you Matthew Hnatiw 🙏

I am super bummed about the start times, but 24h later it’s time to accept the reality for this year. I am still gonna give it what I got, and what I do or don’t do in the future will be decided from there.

Channeled my frustration into some solid bike intervals today and 1 week from now the 2026 Kona “spam” can begin 🤣

Kona 🏊‍♀️ waves are out! 🫣

I dońt have a solution and I am sure IRONMAN Triathlon has a reason for this order BUT as a 45-49 year old female being sandwiched between the fastest men AGers with small 5 min gaps - this has messy draftiest written all over it in my 👀s

I understand the older female/male AG going after pro females as that will def give PRO ladies a solid gap and clean race BUT again - as a female age group athlete, i am really bummed 😔

I would rather start late but have an opportunity to have a clean race then start earlier while being intertwined with sea of men sigh … we have been there and done that

I hope I am wrong and we will find out soon! If I am right - this may be the last time I drop nearly $2k 💰 on a race even though I love Kona with all my heart. I love competition, the harsh conditions and its unpredictability BUT if we cant have a fair race , it just may not be worth it 🤷🏻‍♀️

What do you guys think?
