Ask yourself "have I said no lately?"

In a world that often equates busyness with productivity, the ability to say "no" can be a game changer for your mental health and overall wellbeing. Here’s why practicing "no" is essential in the workplace:

1. Preserves Your Energy: By saying "no" to tasks or commitments that don't align with your goals, you free up your time and energy for what truly matters.
