Happy Valentine's day to the two beautiful ladies in my life! Over the last couple months we've moved into together, taken care of a sick kitty together, and grown closer together and I think it's only showed me more that you are a very special person and you deserve all the love in the world! Got a new road race PR (14:25) last weekend and got a chance to meet at the Fast Pace Race in North Georgia. Fitness is in a really good place this early in the season and I can't wait to race again on Thanksgiving to try to defend my ATL Thanksgiving 5k title.

It's been a long bumpy summer but I finally got a chance to go visit Ana in Boston where she's kicking butt at a six month co-op. I can't wait for her to come back so we can take more beautiful pictures and make beautiful memories and eat beautiful cannoli's @ Boston, Massachusetts

It's not often you get to try something new when you've been in a sport for so long. And honestly, it's pretty terrifying, but in a good way. Like imagine all of the possibilities. After almost two full years of intermittent training, hiccups, and flashes of what could be, I still believe in me and my team and my training, and I'm so excited to see what we've built tomorrow. The Pittsburgh half is in the morning and I'm thrilled. 👻👻 Also, a very special thanks to for putting up with all of the 6 AM mornings slipping out to get runs in. I couldn't ask for anything more 😘

This is the only time I'll not look super pale next to Ana so of course I had to take advantage. So happy we got to spend the first beautiful spring weekend outside getting drinks! I couldn't ask for a better partner 😘

How I feel about finishing my first race since July, after a long year of up and down training. A 10th place finish at the Vulcan 10k is a first step going into track season.

Come watch the marathon group try to jump over stuff! takes on the Wingfoot Cross Country 5k. The middle distance guys will be there too but they're not as excited about it.
