Believe it or not but this awesome dude is turning 14 today. I’m so proud of all his accomplishments, and I can’t wait to see what’s next. Happy birthday Ewan🎂.

Do you need help with all of the above? You are not alone. Goal setting, staying motivated and committed are among the hardest things when it comes to working out and changing habits. A great way to help you stay on track is to write stuff down and get an accountability partner. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🗣 🚨 New Schedule BEGINNING AUGUST 30th, 2021! 🚨 Now enrolling for FALL 2021! 🚌
Class times have shifted slightly but classes are the same length! The biggest change is that the Karate Kids class has been split by belt rank into two groups (since it has been GROWING and we want to make sure everyone has enough opportunities to train their rank-specific curriculum). Students who hold WHITE, YELLOW, and ORANGE belt rank will be classified as “Junior Beginners” (light pink on the schedule) and students who hold a BLUE, PURPLE, GREEN, ADVANCED GREEN, RED, or QUALIFYING BLACK belt will participate in the “Junior Advanced” class (dark green on the schedule).
