You’re doing everything right… but your body still won’t change?
You’re tracking. You’re working out. You’re trying to be “good.”... and NOTHING is happening
That’s the part no one talks about. Not only is it frustrating AF, it is confusing as hell....
It makes you feel like maybe you’re the problem... You’re NOT!
You just don’t have the right structure yet.
And the longer you keep guessing, the longer you stay stuck.
What use to work for you may not anymore.
If you feel like you’re spinning your wheels

I’ll help you figure out what to fix first to bring on results.

Listen up queen!
If you feel like you lose control with food at night… this is probably why.
It’s not that you “lack discipline.”
It’s that your body has been under-fueled all day, and it’s trying to catch up.
Most women I work with are:
Skipping or under-eating breakfast
“Saving calories” for later
Grabbing random snacks instead of real meals
Leaving the house unprepared → then stuck with whatever’s available
And by nighttime?
Hunger + cravings + exhaustion = chaos.
The fix isn’t more restriction.
It’s actually eating enough fuel throughout the day.
When your body feels fed/fueled... everything changes.
Cravings calm down.
Night eating feels way more in control.
Save this if nights are your struggle 🤍
