Stress management has always been the most challenging aspect for me. However, I am committed to improving a little bit every day, aiming to overcome this limitation and not allowing stress to control me, especially when many stressful situations are unavoidable.
What truly matters is how I respond to these circumstances, rather than trying to avoid them (which is impossible!).

The difference between a job and a career is that "jobs" give you a paycheck whereas "careers" give you life fulfillment and a meaningful purpose. Testimonials like this keep me reassured that I am in the right CAREER and that I don't just simply work a JOB to pay the bills.

Don’t let someone else’s limits become your own.
Every person who has ever accomplished something meaningful has faced doubt, criticism, or skepticism from others. Sometimes those opinions come from strangers. Sometimes they come from people we know and care about.
The problem is that if we’re not careful, we can start seeing ourselves through their eyes instead of our own.
Your dreams belong to you. Your potential belongs to you. Your future belongs to you.
Listen to constructive feedback, but don’t confuse someone’s opinion with your reality. The people who tell you what can’t be done are often speaking from their own fears, experiences, or limitations—not yours.
Whether your goal is to improve your health, build a business, raise an amazing family, write a book, change careers, or make a difference in the world, don’t let negativity convince you to settle for less than what you’re capable of.
Keep moving forward. Keep believing. Keep proving to yourself what’s possible.
The people who matter most aren’t the ones who doubted you—they’re the ones who inspired you to keep going.
