As someone who has always found solace in journaling, it was an honor to share my insights and tips on the art of journaling with Jenny and her listeners. In this episode, we dove into all things journaling - from creating a sacred space for journaling to specific journaling techniques to exploring your creativity through journaling.
One of the things that I'm most passionate about when it comes to journaling is the idea that there's no prescribed way to go about it. Journaling is a deeply personal practice, and it's all about making it your own. I loved being able to share my own experiences with journaling and offer tips for others to find their own unique approach.
