We, like many of our customers were unable to find yoga routines that were well researched and relevant. Many included redundant and excessive poses that were not really designed to be done with that sport in mind. That is why each of our routines is designed to slowly ramp you up to do that sport while getting you the stretch you need. Our routines will help you get into the zone more quickly, stay focused longer, and get you the stretch you need. We hope you enjoy our yoga routines!
