This is one of the most practical exercises in General Physical Preparedness Programs. -notice back positioning
-legs and hips are working together
-arms pull when legs and hips extend
-finish upright

This sandbag could very easily be a bag of mulch, sand, a rock, car part, dog, child. Think about it....kinda important to pick things up correctly.

Red radishes are packed with Vitamins E, A, C, B6, and K. Plus it's high in antioxidants, fiber, zinc, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, copper, calcium, iron and manganese. Each of these is known to keep our body in good working condition.
Red Radish Vegetable Dip. It doesn't look the greatest but it tastes great. Radishes have a peppery taste and my foodies out there know radish and butter is a classic combo.


I'll be posting a delicious vegetable dip made from radish later today.
