The Bowling Green State University (BGSU) tennis team took a hard earned victory over the Eastern Michigan Eagles 4-3.

This marks the Falcons tennis program's first win in the Mid-American Conference since the 2021-22 season where BGSU defeated Northern Illinois 4-3 (Mar.12 2022).

"Big win for the Falcons today over Eastern Michigan in a tense Friday match that went back and forth all day. We dropped the doubles point but battled back with great energy, and that momentum carried into some strong singles performances. It's only fitting that Leticia Fonseca clinched the match—she's been here since the beginning of my time with the program, and it's awesome to see her come through in that moment." - BGSU Women's Tennis Head Coach Mike Bonnell
