This is great advice from a great coach
"When you make a basket, you point to the player who threw the pass.
That applies to not just basketball, but everything we do.
No one makes it through life without lots of assists."
This is where you could be competing in college.

[03/14/21] H.S. track athletes: meeting Tuesday, March 16 during lunch in the Rambler room. Practice starts Monday, March 22.
Advice from an expert.
What's your excuse?
This is why I coach sprinters to get the front leg thigh up to hip height and step over the opposite knee and drive down. Takes multiple reps to see improvement.
VelocitySP Education on Twitter “If trying to reduce backside mechanics and residual phase, or increase the thigh block height, you can often coach the body position. Diagnose the problem. Reduce excessive anterior tilt and you might see a lot of things clear up. Body position is first for a reason.”
Hurdlers are sprinters with attitude.
Michael Johnson on Twitter “This article was after I didn’t make the final of the ‘92 Olympic final. I cried, I was angry, and I briefly doubted myself. But then I set some new goals. After failure DON’T: Doubt yourself or suppress emotions. DO: Reflect, assess, and then set new goals and move forward.”
