Sick of losing to players who just scrape everything back? 🛑

Pusher-types thrive on your frustration, but you can beat them at their own game. Here are 3 steps to completely dismantle a pusher's strategy:

1️⃣ Own the Baseline: Recover on or inside the baseline. Don't let them push you back into the fences.
2️⃣ Take Time Away: Hit balls on the rise or right out of the air. Stop giving them time to reset.
3️⃣ Angles > Power: Stop trying to blast through them. Hit short angles with less power instead of hitting hard and deep.

Want to finally master these tactics and start dominating your local ladders? Let’s work on your tactical game together.

🎾 Does a Grand Slam count the same if you don’t play the best? 🤔

Alexander Zverev just secured his first major title at the French Open, but the road to victory has the tennis world talking. With Djokovic, Sinner, and Alcaraz out early or missing from the draw, Zverev didn’t have to face a single top 10 player to lift the trophy.

Does this moment solidify his legacy, or will it always have an asterisk next to it? You can only play who is in front of you, but we want to know what you think!

👇 DROP YOUR TAKE IN THE COMMENTS: Does this win change how history views Zverev? Let’s debate!

Ever wonder why some pros slide their back foot up on the serve, while others keep their feet glued to the court? 🎾

It comes down to Pinpoint vs. Platform, and choosing the wrong one might be holding your game back. Here is the quick breakdown:

- The Pinpoint Serve: Bringing your back foot forward creates a narrower base, helping you explode upward.
The Result: More vertical jump and raw power.

- The Platform Serve: Keeping your feet separated creates a rock-solid foundation.
The Result: Superior balance and a motion that is much easier to replicate under pressure.

There is no "correct" choice—only the choice that fits your biomechanics.

Which style are you using to lock in your holds? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Stop reaching on your open stance shots! ❌

When you plant your feet too early, you lose all your leverage and end up lunging for the ball. Instead, focus on spacing and replacement.

As you hit, your inside foot should actually replace your outside foot in a fluid shuffle motion. This keeps your momentum moving sideways, keeps you balanced, and sets you up for a faster recovery.

Carlos Alcaraz is playing lefty… here’s why 🤯🎾

If you’re injured and doing nothing, you’re losing progress. Carlos Alcaraz injured his dominant wrist but kept training his left side. Why? Cross-Education. Training one side keeps the other side strong via neural adaptations. Don't let an injury set you back.

Ever feel like you’re swinging as hard as you can, but the ball just isn't flying? You don't need more muscle—you need better alignment.

The secret to effortless power and rock-solid stability is keeping your hitting hand in front of your hip and outside leg at contact. When your hand lags behind your hips, your swing breaks down. Align them, and your body weight does the work for you. 💪

Ever wonder how Sinner and Alcaraz launch absolute rockets without looking like they’re straining? It’s all in the rock. 🎸👇

When you stay static on your serve, you’re forced to muscle the ball with your arms. That leads to inconsistent placement and a tired shoulder.

By adding a smooth rock back-and-forth before your toss, you build effortless momentum into the court. Let the ground do the work, not just your biceps!

Mastering the swing volley isn’t about hitting harder—it’s about timing, footwork, and geometry. 🎾💥

If you’re floating these or spraying them into the back fence, you’re likely missing one of these three essentials:

1️⃣ The Weight Transfer: Load heavily on your outside foot and explode forward, landing on your inside leg as you make contact.
2️⃣ The Strike Zone: Catch the ball right at shoulder height. Don't let it drop into a low volley, and don't try to smash it out of the air too high.
3️⃣ The Target: Aim just behind the service line. It’s tempting to go for the baseline, but the spin and pace will naturally carry it deep. Overhitting is the #1 error here!
