How has summer been for you?

What are your favorite memories?


I know it’s hard to be indoors in the summer, but be sure to strength train for those outdoor adventures to prevent injury! 💪🏼❤️


PSA: Exercise does not have to be extreme!

Do you find it intimidating to hear and meet people doing extraordinary things?

That’s okay! It’s normal to feel that way and be in awe of their feats of fitness!

However, please…DON’T LET THAT DETER YOU FROM KICKING BUTT! That may not be YOUR goal! And there’s no shame in that! Your goals may be more simple and health oriented and that IS GREAT!

I’m here to help out along the way to whatever your goals may be, whether it’s the endurance to climb peaks, or to climb the stairs without getting winded.❤️

Oftentimes, you will lose inches before the scale moves when weight training. Fat takes up a lot more space than muscle!

Don’t despair. Stay the course, enjoy nutrient dense food and be mindful of nutrient timing, the scale will move.

Hey everyone!
I thought I’d say hi and introduce myself since it’s been a while and I’ve seen some new faces about!
I’m Jess Benoit…and I am crazy about fun, Health and Fitness. With me you’ll find a recreational athlete who enjoys and helping you get strong and fit in the pursuit of living your best life!
We can’t predict the future or change the past. But, what we CAN do is move forward to do our best, with strong bodies, to power through whatever life hands us.
We meet in my private, independent studio a few blocks off main; this is a compassionate, confidential space where together we push limits and challenge your body to meet your individual goals.
I can’t wait to meet you!

Even for 5 minutes. Move around and breathe deeply. Even better…get in the woods, in the trees.
There may be blue sky and sun…but, just remember, the sun is always there-even when it’s cloudy.
