1. GHD Machine
2. Plate Loaded Row Machine (wide, neutral & pronated grip)
3. Lat Pull Down (neutral grip)
4. TRX Row - TRX reverse Fly
5. Bicep Curls (inside & outside grip) - Isolated hold
6. Rowing Machine (close neutral grip)
