Offering training options based on sound scientific principles, Club Falcon is located in the state-of-the-art Falcon Field House on the campus of Saint Stephen's Episcopal School. Programs in the 2,500-square-foot facility are open to anyone and utilize a cutting-edge training curriculum to promote athletic and fitness progression under the supervision of two full-time NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists.
