A tough morning & day doesn’t mean you can’t make it a great day



“SHOW UP as the person you want others to see”🙌🏻....

“I AM UPLIFTED- I rise above to bring joy & happiness”

“Gather in what your passionate about, allow it to come alive- share your confidence & commit to following your purpose...”

I mean... how could you not change your bad mood & attitude after being filled with all that?!?! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

“I JUST FEEL LIKE I DON’T HAVE ANYTHING TO GET EXCITED ABOUT”⁣

👆🏻I heard that from someone this morning ...actually, I’ve heard that from a lot of people in the last few years 😬⁣

If you are in love with what you’re doing, how you’re spending your day, and the life it’s helping you create: 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 YOU GO!⁣

If NOT 👀…can I challenge you to take a big step in the direction to start doing something that LIGHTS YOU UP 💡 ⁣

..something to look forward to on a DAILY basis…….without worrying about the 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧𝘴??⁣

⁣ I think one of the best pieces of advice from one of my college professors was, “on the morning that you wake up and don’t want to go to work —that’s your sign that you need to reflect on and change what you do🎯”

If you’re standing in the dark but see a light in the distance, your path will get brighter and brighter with every step you take towards it...it’s what’s keeping me going with certain areas in my life too!💁🏼‍♀️
-you might not know exactly what things look like in the light, but the more you keep moving, the clearer it gets ✨✨⁣

⁣the first step can be scary, but dang….your world can be so bright on the other side and you will be SO PROUD that you did!⁣

What stresses you MOST about eating for goals?!?
🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️What to eat!? How much?! Portions? Self control? All or nothing thinking?
What causes you to fall back to old habits isn’t “lack of willpower” —its lack of strategies & the HOW’s to FLIP mindset!

I shared today in my Fit Family HOW to focus on what keeps you on point, & tips on HOW to become mindful rather than mindless when eating...

Eating while on the road can always be easy to stay on track... WHEN you truly know how to fuel up right😉

This is a turkey wrap from Chic-fil-A
But that’s a lot of wrap for one meal🙅🏼‍♀️ so I ate 1/2 & ate carrots with hummus on the side along with an apple 🍎

Carbs are good but you need to eat in balance throughout the day to eat for goals ...

Which ones apply to you?
‘‘Tis the season of resolutions but personally I believe in setting daily targets of things that change LIFESTYLE.

THAT’S what brings lasting change! 🌟
In my private Fit Family Support & Accountability Group, we set goals but then work backwards to DAILY ACTION STEPS while thinking of the challenges that stop you from reaching that goal in the first place🤔

For me I constantly work on #1 & 5 personally & with my coaching business because we can be our own worst enemy & a goal without a plan... well that just doesn’t make things happen🙃

So, which ones will YOU COMMIT to working on DAILY starting TODAY?

I hope whatever challenges you have within family or even if you don’t that you make the day the absolute best because it’s our choice to do that❤️

Annnnd of course I have just a few reminders for you😉

✨ Practice mindfulness. Be present. Eat MINDFULLY!!! Enjoy but that doesn’t equate to overindulging & having to eat everything in sight
✨ Choose what you really want & your top choices - from what you eat to how you spend your time.
✨ Enjoy yourself, no matter what you’re up to. I know that 2020 has thrown a lot at us, but I hope that today brings you joy, love, and peace😘

You know those specific moments or places that make you feel amazing?! You’re laughing and you’re surrounded by your favorite people. The ones who SEE YOUR WORTH, who lift you up & share how you’re helping to make a huge impact in their lives...You feel confident and everything is just right!⁣⁣

Always hold on to those feelings. If you’re having a “bad day”, close your eyes and go back there for a second. I guarantee you’ll be smiling when you open your eyes 🥰⁣

The only real mistake is the one we choose not to learn from ...
Where are YOU in that zone?!?!🙃

COMFORT ZONE👉🏻 Doing the same things, finding excuses, affected by limiting beliefs, others opinions, low self confidence.

LEARNING ZONE👉🏻problem solve, face challenges & TAKE ACTION to change.

GROWTH ZONE 👉🏻conquer objectives, find purpose, set NEW GOALS!

🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️Which are you??

Doing random workouts
Pressing play
Going to the gym
walking/ running
Taking classes

ALL are exercise. BUT what you PUT INTO each workout, how often you SWITCH things up still in correct sequence all matter

You can “workout” & have ZERO change😱 if you’re in your comfort zone.

It’s so much why I love following these programs—-with every new one, we are challenged in new ways, get WAY OUT of our comfort zones consistently switching up programs & following a calendar led by expert trainers!

ANnnnnd...because of it, I always see CHANGE🤸‍♂️
