Rose is a student I want to highlight in the glasses here!! She hasn't taken dance before !! This is a fun combo we did today in class!!

I'm so proud of her for taking this step in the middle of nursing school and trying something new ! She is such a light! Arise and Shine Rose !

For those adults who love to dance but dont have experience , Arise is also for you!! &Shine

What a FUN class yesterday!!

These girls were amazing !! Such great listeners and were all so happy to be there !! Totally was expecting some tears or shyness on the first day! So many smiles!!

Each class I'll have several concepts . Yesterday We started with warm up & stretch , working on pointing toes , timing, 1st, 2nd , 3rd positions - Demi plié , spatial awareness w/ High/Lows , & learning what across the floor can look like . Used plenty of props like scarfs , balance beam , hula hoop & how cute was it to see their butterfly wings on!

They were all great listeners & such wonderful cooperation! What a JOY this was !! 🌟
