Are you ready to kick bike? This movement simulates cross country skiing and is a fabulous work out. The Europeans love this movement and we will too. I have two kick bikes ready for demonstration. Contact me if you would like to try one. Mulberry Park is a great place to kick! The movement is quiet and peaceful. I use both kick bikes for either dog mushing or a solo workout! My dogs know the word “kick bike” And start howling for joy. 🤗
