Out of this world time today at Raccoon Mountain for our pre-ride of the state championship course.

Loved seeing everyone get together for dinner and a quick hang before early EDT bedtimes…

Venimus, ascendimus, dilaceravimus!! (We came, we climbed, we shredded)…

Winged Deer Park in Johnson City provided an epic backdrop for some seriously impressive performances, allowing each of our riders to dig deep, showcase incredible skills, and deliver fantastic results!

Beyond the 4 podium spots we earned, the camaraderie, the laughs, and our opportunity for a team dinner on Saturday night made this a weekend to remember. We’re so proud of you all and thankful for our NICA community!

Hope all have a relaxing fall break and cheers to more memories and rocky adventures at Raccoon Mountain in 3 weeks!!

What a weekend for the team.

Starting with our HOCO float on Friday to our performance at Race 3 at Lock 4 on Sunday, every single pedal stroke and effort the team gave was in the spirit of remembrance and celebration of Chethan’s life.

We greatly appreciate all our fellow TN NICA league teams for their incredible support throughout this weekend and are eternally grateful for the outpouring of love, signs, and the displays of red that were omnipresent throughout the weekend. It was truly a moving tribute to his memory.

We want to give a special thank you to the Harpeth Youth Cycling team for stepping up and hosting us this weekend, allowing the team flexibility to attend services for Chethan while still ensuring our racers received the support they needed throughout the day.

As always, we are so thankful for all our coaches and parents who continue to support us and demonstrate daily the power of our community.

We’ve dedicated this season to Chethan and his family, but we know that his smile and passion for life will continue with us well beyond 2025...

Tonight, our hearts were heavy, but our spirits were united, as our team gathered for a ride of silence, a powerful tribute to our beloved friend and teammate, Chethan Babu.

While the rain dampened our chances to ride dirt, 50+ student-athletes and coaches, a testament to his broad impact on the team, filled the roads of Percy as we encircled the trails he enjoyed.

Chethan’s consummate smile, a beacon of both joy and sportsmanship, will undoubtedly ride with us into the upcoming race weekend and every trail we conquer in the future.

A special thank you to the for hosting the meal following our ride. You’ve proven once again how our TN NICA teams are an amazing community of support on and off the bike.

What an absolutely EPIC weekend at Rockabilly Ridge for Race #2 in Jackson, TN!

We are bursting with pride for every single one of our 37 incredible riders who tackled that course. From a rainy pre-ride on Saturday to a PERFECT sun-filled sky and fabulous dirt on Sunday, you all showed up, dug deep, and left it all on the trail! We saw so many personal bests shattered and incredible displays of grit and determination! 💪

Our HS team slayed, taking home 5th out of 28 teams and our MS squad rode their hearts out for a fantastic 4th place finish of 27! 🏆

Let’s not forget a HUGE round of applause for our 5 podium finishers! 🎉 Y’all absolutely crushed it!

None of this would be possible without our amazing coaches and parents! Your unwavering support, cheers, and tireless efforts make all the difference. THANK YOU for everything you do! ❤️

Time to rest up, keep hydrating, and get ready to do it all again! We're back at PWP tomorrow to prep for Race #3 at Lock 4 in just two weeks, so let's keep that momentum going! 🚀

What a fantastic start to the 2025 TN-NICA fall season at Chickasaw! Our team absolutely crushed the first race, bringing home several podium spots in both the middle and high school races and finishing 4th (MS) and 5th (HS) as a team (out of ~30).

We're incredibly proud of all the personal records and accomplishments, especially the 14 riders who raced for the very first time!

You all showed so much heart and determination out there amongst the heat, dust, and notable competition.

A huge thank you to all the coaches and parents for your dedication and support throughout the weekend. We couldn't do it without you!

Now, it's back to work! We're excited to get back on our bikes at practice tomorrow and start preparing for our next race in two weeks in Jackson, TN.

This is a fabulous race put on by a great team of people. Will be a great chance to get prepared for our upcoming season at a fun venue.

If you aren’t ready to race, come down to Chapel Hill and cheer on others and support a great event! They’re always looking for volunteers if you have extra time too!!
