KIDS FOR A CURE WORKOUT REVEAL

5 rounds. Four movements. Every rep has meaning.

Athletes ages 5 to 10 will complete 8 reps of each movement, representing the 1 in 8 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer.

Athletes ages 11 to 17 will complete 13 reps, representing the 13% lifetime risk.

The workout can be scaled and adjusted for every ability level. All kids are welcome.

100% of proceeds benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
