We want to express our gratitude to everyone who attended and participated in another fantastic seminar led by Noah Shaffner. We’re thankful for the valuable insights he shared with us to help enhance our intentionality while grappling. A special thanks to Ramiro Jimenez for leading our Saturday Competition Team Practice. We’re excited to see these athletes compete in the near future and can’t wait for the next session.

Ahmed went 4/5 on the day with all submissions securing gold in his weight division and silver in open weight

Michael took gold in the 170lb bracket and silver in the 185lb bracket after weighing in at only 156lbs

It’s always exciting watching these two athletes perform and a pleasure to corner them.
