Elder Abuse is Real

Whether it’s your mom, dad, uncle, cousin, or neighbor, be on the lookout for signs of abuse.

Look over their arms, legs, back for bruising.

Review their finances to make sure there aren’t transfers of money that you don’t know about.

Simply stated, you become their eyes and ears.

Stop those who take advantage of the elderly. 

Some believe that they do not need a Will.

The real question that needs discussion is what happens when you die without a Will?

The simple answer is that it creates numerous issues that your loved ones must tackle because you were irresponsible in making decisions.

But, the good news is that the government will make decisions for you because you were to hard headed to do your job!!

Being teachable/coachable is synonymous with growth and success.

If you cannot be corrected without being offended, you will never grow in life.

Growth requires humility.
It requires the ability to listen, reflect, and accept that you do not know everything.

Correction is not an attack.
It is an opportunity to improve, to see what you could not see on your own.

But when ego takes over, every piece of feedback feels like criticism.
Every suggestion feels like disrespect.

And in that mindset, progress stops.

No one grows by always being right.
No one improves by rejecting every form of guidance.

Learn to separate emotion from truth.
Not every correction is meant to hurt you.
Some are meant to help you become better.

Listen more. React less.
Take what is useful and apply it.

Because the moment you become open to correction
is the moment you unlock real growth.✅💡
