What an amazing day at the NAGA tournament! ✨ As a team, everyone competed with heart and determination. Several athletes moved up in age, weight, and or experience level and still performed incredibly well. Super proud of these guys & gals and sportsmanship on display. 🔥

Women-only BJJ class. 🥋✨ Tomorrow (Sat) at 11 AM we’re excited to have Coach Danae leading our women-only class! She brings tons of competition experience and is committed to growing our women’s program. Come roll in a safe, supportive space, level up your game, and make new friends! ✨👊
