Classes are held on Saturdays at 9:30 AM at 2/42 Community Church in Brighton.
We will be in the Student Auditorium for class (except on 9/19 when we'll be in the Gym).

We DO have class Labor Day weekend!

Drop-in: $15
10-class punch card: $100

** Punch cards are non-transferable and non-sharable, and are valid for one year. Treat your punch card like cash; I am unable to replace lost punch cards. **

What should you bring to your first class? Water and a smile. 🙂

No children under age 16. Thanks for your understanding.

Lastly, please refrain from wearing perfume/cologne/essential oils to class. Some attendees have sensitivities and allergies. Let's try to keep class scent-free as much as possible.

Due to my brother-in-law's funeral, there is no class this coming Saturday 8/1.

Hey there... just a little update.

My brother-in-law passed away yesterday. The funeral is scheduled for next weekend, so we will not have class on Saturday 8/1.

However, class is still on for this coming Saturday 7/25 at 9:30 AM. We will be in the Student Auditorium.

Pretty much the only thing that helps! 🤪😂
