What is Somatic Movement?
Unlike traditional exercise that focuses on external performance, somatic movement focuses on your internal experience. Through slow, conscious, and gentle movements, we retrain the nervous system, release deeply held physical tension, and cultivate deep body awareness.🐚

About the Director:
Hi, I’m Nina Madsen Puckett (RSMT/E, CMA, LMT). As a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist & Educator and Certified Movement Analyst, my work is rooted in Laban Movement Analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals.
