Between these photos, there’s only about a 15 pounds difference, but the physique changes are undeniable. Her waist and core have tightened dramatically, less puffiness in her face, her stomach is flatter from every angle, and she’s showing much more muscle definition throughout her shoulders, arms, back, and legs!

January 2026 - May 2026
Client Ricky Wilson and Coach Aron have been working together for 5 months now. He came to him wanting to maintain strength and cut fat. They’ve done just that. He is currently down 75lbs since January.
There are no magic pills or tricks just hard work and discipline. He’s not starving or doing an excessive amount of cardio. Just eating right and following the plan. On top of that he’s still getting off plan meals with of all of his foods.
Beyond proud of Gabriel and excited to keep pushing and eventually transition into building some muscle!

This is what 1 year of showing up looks like. Not to mention he turns 40 this week 💪🏽
No magic pill. No extreme shortcuts. No constantly jumping from plan to plan. A full year of doing the same basic things over and over again. Eating according to the plan, training hard, staying consistent, checking in, and making small adjustments when needed.
More muscle ✅
Less body fat ✅
Better shape ✅
This is why I preach consistency so much. Most people don’t need a more complicated plan. They need to actually give the plan enough time to work. The “boring” stuff done repeatedly is what creates the crazy changes 😌
