Hey everyone! Got a fun week of yoga coming up and hope you'll join me for some of it 😎

Tuesday (Sept 15th) I am leading another edition of Puppy Yoga at Norse Flora Rescue from 6-7pm! All proceeds go to the rescue and maybe adopt a pup while you're there 🐾

Thursday (Sept 17th) I'm covering a class for Meow Yoga & Wellness in Sandstone 5-6pm! Class is at the 210 Gallery & Art Center and we are going to have a nice gentle yoga practice! $7 to attend.

Then I'll be starting up my regular weekly Saturday morning classes again beginning this Saturday (Sept 19th) 8:30-9:30am at Anytime Fitness Mora. Free for members or $10 for a guest pass!

Hope to see you at any or all of these fun things this week, then regularly on Saturdays! Excited to see ya on the mat 🙏🍂

Hey everyone! This Saturday (June 27) I'm having my next chair yoga class at Knife Lake Sportsmen's Club 9-10am! Absolutely beginner-friendly, no yoga experience required, and perfect for really ANYONE. Class is donation-based, bring a yoga mat if you have one (for the chair to sit on)!

Come see me tomorrow morning for our last regular Saturday morning class of the Summer! 8:30am at Anytime Fitness Mora.

But just because I'm dropping my regular classes for the Summer doesn't mean I'm not teaching at all! I'll be tossing in the occasional outdoor class, I'm teaching chair yoga at Knife Lake Sportsmen's Club at 9am twice a month (see my website for those dates!), and I'm putting together some workshops and other fun things 😎
