In order not to end up like the masses out there who are merely wandering and unsure of their goals and dreams. Your objective must be clear. When your purpose is clear, you life will have a meaning. β± πYou are resposnsible to what you give your attention to!!
I dont even include flat benching in my pec routine, because it stresses the front deltoids far too much to be an effective exercises for building the chest.h

Many torn pes in bodybuilding have been the result of heavy flat bench press.
So what do i do instead?
Hammer Chest press!
Much safer and effective movement for chest.
