This past weekend my good friend and big brother Willie “Papo” Vargas was celebrated in front of a packed house for the semi-finals of the Ring Masters.
Willie received a proclamation from the Honorable Nikki Lucas, NYS Assembly and Honorable Roxxanne Persaud, NYS Senate. In attendance was the Honorable Larinda Hooks, NYS Assembly (Queens)

Papo, you have and continue to serve our youth with honor and distinction. Congratulations Papo, well deserved. 🥊
