When we recorded our videos, we decided to use a regular beginner leader to show all of the cycle steps.

Seeing dance moves realistically will give you an idea of what to expect form the cycle and how a person with no dance education can learn.

This means you can take your phone in your hands and repeat the steps with us if needed. This will help you confirm that you are doing everything correctly or help you understand which step doesn't match.
