Losing 4.5% body fat is a HUGE accomplishment! Going from "I'm so weak. "I don't know what I'm doing in here." "Have you ever worked with someone as bad as me?" To coming in her own, challenging herself with increasing her weights and taking on new exercises every week.

At the end of Neena's session today, she told me a story about how she gave her oldest son a piggyback ride the other night. How its been a while since she's done that. How he's definitely heavier than the last time but how much easier it was. She even did 20 squats with him still on her back! Awesome job Neena! Keep up the hard work!
