Halloween Throwdown workout # 2
๐ The complex must be completed unbroken. Teams will share a bar (two bars will be provided for MF teams), one athlete may lift at a time. Weights may be taken on and off the bar as needed. The lift must begin before 8:00 is up, and may extend beyond the cap to complete the complex.
๐Scoring- Sum total of both partners heaviest successful lifts.

HT workout # 1 is :
15 minute cap to complete the following:
3000m row (MM)
2850m row (MF)
2700m row (FF)
One athlete rowing at a time, switching as needed. The athlete exiting the rower must perform 10 burpees over the rower before their partner can start. A minimum of 2 transitions (20 burpees) is required.
Score is time of completion.
