Caring is an understatement. Amazing just wouldn’t do her justice. A woman of many words, much wisdom, all the love, and so much more. A woman that raised me to not only be a confident and considerate man, never to be afraid but always to be conscious, and above all to obey the golden rule at all times. She taught me accountability. She never let me think that I couldn’t do something. She allowed me to learn on my own, but never let me go through a lesson by myself. She is the greatest woman I know, and she is to be celebrated today and all days to follow. Love you, mom! Keep setting the bar on ‘em 💯 💯 💯

Benefits are ENDLESS when you incorporate resistance training for your lower body as well as your upper half, including (but not limited to):
💢 More effective growth hormones working for the growth and generation of new muscle (more , dammit!)
💢 Decreased resting heart rate (takes more effort for blood to travel to the legs than it does your biceps, so when the heart is doing less, regular daily activity, it gets to relax more)
💢 Greater core activation and stability (yes, ladies- this includes your glutes 🍑)
💢 Promotes greatest joint-by-joint reinforcement (the body is a Jenga tower- if the base is the least stable and weakest, the top part doesn’t mean much, besides just looking cool)
