Good old fashioned Leg Day ✨✨

This workout is geared towards MY prior injuries and imbalances! If you see an exercise you like that helps you in your goals or helps with an imbalance than this video is for YOU.

However I don’t encourage anyone to copy a workout set for set if they don’t have the same goals, body type, past injuries etc… as the person in the video.

You need to investigate and figure out your body. Thats the key šŸ”‘

Social media can be a template or a place of inspiration but don’t forget to listen and learn about what your individual body needs. What works for me, may not work for you

There is so much fitness content available on the internet and it can feel overwhelming. With so many options where do you start? The abundance of information out there can paralyze you which is the exact opposite of what you’re trying to do.

My advice is to start. Push everything else aside and set one small goal for yourself.

It could be making it to the gym twice one week, or walking 10,000 steps. What ever it is, it should be something that motivates you and excited you. Pick this one goal, and stick with it until its a habit. Until you get to the point where you don’t even need to think about it.
Even if you still don’t know what to do next after this you will already have started a healthy habit and will be in a better place.
